What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools. RespectASO Pro includes a built-in MCP server that exposes 21 ASO tools — so you can ask your AI assistant to research keywords, analyze competitors, and optimize metadata, all through natural language.

Instead of switching between apps, you stay in your AI assistant and describe what you need. RespectASO handles the rest.

Getting started

  1. Install RespectASO — download the macOS app and drag it to your Applications folder
  2. Activate RespectASO Pro — enter your license key in the app under Settings → License (get RespectASO Pro)
  3. Add the configuration — copy the JSON snippet for your AI assistant (see Supported AI assistants above) into your client's config file
  4. Start asking — open your AI assistant and ask it to research keywords, analyze competitors, or validate your metadata

That's it. No cloud accounts — everything runs locally on your Mac. The AI analysis tools use the AI provider you configured in the app (bring your own key).

  • A RespectASO Pro license — the MCP server is part of RespectASO Pro; all 21 tools are included
  • An AI provider, for the AI analysis tools only — the AI Niche Researcher, Competitor Analyzer, and Score Simulator use the provider you configure in the app (bring your own key); the keyword scoring and metadata tools need no AI provider at all
